The closing date for 2010 applications is on Midnight the 7th of March 2010.

If you have been selected for an interview, you will be notified by the 13th of March 2010.

(If you are not selected, you will receive email notification.)

The Cape Town office will assign you a time for your personal interview which will occur in the week of the 15th to the 19th of March.

If you are successfully chosen after the selection camp, which is to be held over the entire weekend from late Friday afternoon the 26th of March until mid-afternoon the 28th of March, you will be notified by Tuesday the 30th of March and expected to attend the orientation weekend which will take place over the first second of April. At that time, you will be required to sign a contract with the South Africa Washington-Internship Programme indicating that you will abide by all the rules of the programme:

Your eligibility for SAWIP is dependent on your total availability for programme activities from April through September including selection camp, orientation weekend, completion of the community service hours and graduation.

No dishonest or dishonorable conduct.
