Real world experience provided through six week work exposure in prestigious environments in Washington, DC.

 

The South Africa-Washington International Program is helping to inspire, prepare and support South African youth to lead a sustainable democracy with a peaceful and prosperous future for all its citizens.

Aubrey Ngcungama

Aubrey is a student of Politics at the University of Cape Town and recently transferred from the University of Essex after completing two years in the Department of Government there. He was born in 1984.

 

With a strong interest in Politics and Diplomacy, he intends to follow a career in that field. He co-founded the Aubrey Ngcungama Trust in 2004 to provide sporting and recreational facilities to disadvantaged communities in the lower South Coast of KZN and is founder of the Michaelhouse Millennium Trust.

 

Previous employment has been in the hospitality industry - Milsom Hotels (UK) and briefly primary school education. He holds the Freedom of the Worshipful Company of Distillers, London.
